21st Century Home Health Services (21HHS) seeks a Full-Time Clinical Supervisor - Nursing to lead a team of RN Case Managers and LVNs in Marin County. You will coordinate patient care, supervise field staff, and ensure timely escalation to the Director of Nursing. This hybrid role combines 2 office days and 3 field days per week, with regular Case Conferences to review progress and update care plans.
Requirements include: CA RN license, BLS, and two years of supervisory healthcare experience.
