Overview
In this role you will lead global talent and organizational development, shaping a scalable learning strategy that strengthens leadership, career progression and performance. You will partner with executives and HR teams to translate business needs into practical development solutions, modernize learning approaches, and drive adoption with a focus on AI-enabled capability. You’ll oversee learning programs, measure impact, and guide a cross-functional team to build a culture of continuous learning aligned with workforce planning. Responsibilities Design and execute global talent development strategies that strengthen leadership and succession pipelines Partner with business leaders and HR to identify performance gaps and prioritize development initiatives Create scalable, outcome-driven learning solutions to build business acumen and leadership capabilities Balance global consistency with regional and cultural needs in learning plans Act as a strategic advisor translating business needs into talent and change solutions Modernize legacy learning approaches and leverage technology to improve learner experience Collaborate with IT on AI learning and enablement for responsible AI use Lead instructional design, delivery, and blended learning for diverse audiences Establish metrics to evaluate learning impact and continuously improve programs Manage external vendors and partners to meet business needs Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution Oversee LMS administration and maintain relevant content and catalogs Develop and coach the Talent Development team and manage annual budget Model leadership principles and build collaborative relationships
Key requirements 10+ years in talent and development in a global organization 7+ years of managerial experience Experience applying instructional design and modern learning approaches Proven ability advising senior leaders and collaborating with HR and COEsExperience leading cross-functional initiatives with change management Experience with AI learning, digital transformation or technology adoption preferred Experience administering learning management systems; Cornerstone or Workday a plus Strategic thinker with strong business impact orientation Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and executive presence Strong project, program and change management skills Ability to translate talent needs into practical solutions Knowledge of adult learning, leadership development, and adoption principles Working knowledge of AI workplace applications Global mindset and cultural agility Strong analytical and assessment skills Proficiency with LMS, Microsoft Office, Teams and Share Pointrelationship-buildinginfluencingexecutive presencelearning management systems Cornerstone Workday
