POSITION: REAL ESTATE ANALYSTTYPE: Full-Time; ExemptLOCATION: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 (in-office) Berger Commercial Realty is a full-service commercial real estate firm founded in 1998, providing brokerage, property management, and receivership services across South Florida. Sand Lake Realty is an affiliated investment manager acquiring, developing, and repositioning properties in Florida. The Analyst supports the integrated platform and works directly with senior leadership, property managers, and brokers. RESPONSIBILITIESAcquisitions· Build and maintain cash flow models for investment opportunities· Prepare investment memoranda and screening summaries· Support due diligence and third-party report coordination· Maintain the deal pipeline tracker and support owner outreach Brokerage· Underwrite listings and new business pursuits; prepare BOVs and pricing analyses· Build offering memoranda, flyers, and pitch materials· Assemble sale and lease comps· Maintain listings across marketing platforms· Run lease and sale economics for brokers Property Management· Assist with annual budgets· Prepare CAM reconciliations and support responses to tenant audits· Abstract leases and verify recovery structures· Draft and review amendments, renewals, and estoppels with senior staff and counsel· Support owner reporting and variance analysis QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED· 0–2 years in commercial real estate, or a strong recent graduate with relevant coursework or internships· Excel proficiency — able to build a multi-tenant cash flow from a rent roll without a template· Clear commercial writing· Comfort juggling unrelated assignments across the platform· Willingness to walk buildings and meet tenants Preferred: degree in real estate, finance, economics, or accounting; Argus, CoStar, or Yardi; Florida sales associate license or willingness to obtain one. ##
Compensation:
Competitive base commensurate with experience plus discretionary bonus, health benefits, PTO, and support for industry involvement.
