Data Analyst II

Key Responsibilities: Execute extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes to prepare, assess, and analyze client datasets. Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that make complex information easy for business stakeholders to understand and use. Analyze data, identify trends, and communicate findings through technical reports and presentations. Independently lead reporting and analytics projects, from gathering requirements through development, testing, and delivery. Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, define meaningful metrics, and translate needs into reporting solutions. Develop and execute thorough test plans to validate data accuracy and the functionality of reports and data automation tools. Learn the client’s industry and business processes to apply relevant metrics and reporting practices. Provide data visualization and analytical support across programs, projects, and workgroups.

Required Qualifications: 2–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field. Experience with data management and visualization. Ability to manage reporting and analytics projects independently. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, reliable reporting. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools. Proficiency in SQL and Excel. Experience with ETL workflows, data validation, and report automation. Experience supporting program or project reporting.
