Conference Volunteer Photographer

We are looking for a volunteer photographer to capture the events during our 2026 HAP Conference which will take place October 1-3, 2026 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston Airport Hotel & Convention Center. The photographer would be on site at the event to take photos (and videos if possible) of event attendees, speakers, and exhibitors during registration, educational sessions, social and networking events. The general conference schedule each day is as follows: Thursday 10/1: 8:30am to 8pmFriday 10/2: 7:30am to 7pmSaturday 10/3: 8am to 10pm, Dinner and Dance from 6pm to 10pmWe are open to multiple volunteers covering one day of the conference or even a half day. You do not need to commit to volunteering for the entire duration of the conference. Highschool and college students with an interest in photography and some experience are welcome. Attendees will have the chance to engage directly with presenters, exhibitors, and like-minded professionals.
