Job Description: Your main activities: The PoNAM of the OLTIM aims to develop expertise on irregular migration flows, cross-border crime, and channels for tactical and strategic purposes. This analysis covers, upstream, the external borders of Europe, within those borders, and on the metropolitan and overseas national territory. The agent must have an interest in international issues and the ability to work within tight deadlines. Service composition and staffing: The PoNAM, within the OLTIM, is headed by a senior officer of the gendarmerie, assisted by a senior customs official. It consists of two sections: a migration flow analysis section and a risk analysis section with two police officers, nine CEA, two contractors, and one apprentice. Hierarchical links: Under the authority of the head of the analysis section, the analyst will be expected to work in collaboration with the entire team and also in liaison with the intelligence and international division. Functional links: The analyst will work with all border police services as well as other Police Nationale directions (DCIS, DCSP, PP, DCPJ) and other ministerial authorities (DGDDI, DGSE, MEAE, Justice...); At the European level, with European Union agencies such as Frontex and Europol.
