Role Description:
As an Account Associate – State Farm Agent Team Member for John G Clark – State Farm Agent, you will support daily business operations and help customers succeed. Your work will grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. By proactively marketing relevant products and services, you will improve customers' lives.
Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
