Shipping Clerk

Job Responsibilities: Support manager with day-to-day management of shipping schedule; Run reports and provide status updates as requested; Check in truck drivers and route to specific loading lanes or to dropped trailers in the yard ready for collection; Print product pick lists and shipping labels for warehouse team; Support manager with all administrative activities related to shipping function including but not limited to creation of bills of lading, stock transfer orders, invoice/billing, scheduling or rescheduling deliveries, communications with retail partners, corporate team, or carriers regarding loads; Completes forms and documents timely; Assists with audits; Perform other required tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Ability to plan and communicate frequently; Ability to follow direction; Great written and verbal communication skills; Ability to use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel); Advanced Excel skills preferred; Ability and desire to learn/use our ERP system; Critical thinking and the ability to problem solve/troubleshoot challenges.
