Marketing Content Manager

The role: You will own Reap’s content and marketing. That includes LinkedIn, the website, customer stories, campaigns, events, and sales materials. You will turn real customer and product work into posts, pages, and stories that sound like a person wrote them, not a brochure. You will work closely with sales and customer success.

What you’ll do: Own the content direction of Reap. Write and manage content for social. Turn customer wins, product launches, and operator pain points into case studies and posts. Plan and run campaigns with sales, including email sequences, landing pages, and event follow-ups. Run product launch marketing. Own Reap copy, structure, and SEO.Create and update sales materials: one-pagers, decks, and case studies. Plan our presence at trade shows and industry events. Manage marketing tools, budget, and any freelancers.

What we’re looking for: 3+ years in content marketing, editorial, or brand content, ideally at a B2B or SaaS company. A strong writer who can explain complex software simply. Please share examples. Experience writing for companies, executives, or founders. Some experience with campaigns or email marketing, or a strong interest in learning it. Organized and able to hit deadlines on your own. Comfortable collaborating with customers and teammates. Fluent with AI tooling

Nice to have: Startup experience. Basic design skills or experience working with a designer. Event marketing experience. Familiarity with healthcare or senior care. Logistics Full time Remote OK. Hybrid in Miami / South Florida is preferred.
