Maintenance Technician 1

You'll work with a supportive team, tackling hands-on tasks and ensuring our communities remain a great place to live.

What You'll Do: Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, includingappliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer systems, and environmental services. Take charge ofseasonal maintenance, such aslawn care, pest control, snow removal, and pool/spa operations. Keep equipment and tools, including company trucks and lawnmowers, in excellent working condition. Handlecommunity repairs, such as fixing roads, driveways, sprinklers, and irrigation systems.

What We're Looking For: Hands-on experience inmaintenance, repairs, and troubleshootingwith minimal supervision. Knowledge ofplumbing, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and pool care. Avalid driver’s licensein your state of residence. Flexibility to handleon-call assignmentswhen needed.
