Job TitleHigh quality client or analysts that can learn quickly (should still meet the requirement of having 3 to 4 years' experience in IT) Milestone is the primary app, RL6 experience/knowledge preferredMust have application lifecycle management experienceMust have client/customer facing skillsHybrid role with requirement to go onsite for support, upgrades, testing (frequency varies) Strong critical thinking and analysis skillsBusiness acumen. Understand operational workflows supported by applicationsGood communication/collaboration/team skillsExperience learning new applications and adapt quickly when given new assignmentsExperience with applications for risk/feedback reporting, security camera systems, infant/patient elopement, application lifecycle management Initial applications: RL6, Milestone, RFT – Baby Safe Place, ALM
