JOB REQUIREMENTS: Board: BC/BE in Hematology & Oncology Licenses: Active SC license (or willingness to obtain)

DEA: Active DEA Certification

Certifications: BLS

Other Qualifications: Ability to provide 2-4 weeks per month; Clean background
