Senior Safety Consultant [JP-15176]

The Role: Conduct audits and inspections by utilizing informed, cutting-edge techniques to reduce harm, manage risk, and develop strong cultures of safety. Complete risk assessments, implement safety management systems. Coach, advise, and train professionals across a variety of client sites. Self-manage your own schedule depending on client needs. Travel expectation is 60-80% across the US.Sales is not a part of this role, but delivering high-level service and relationship-building with existing clients is required. The Candidate 5+ years of dedicated EHS/safety experience required. Manufacturing/retail/consulting strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree or BCSP Certification (GSP/ASP/CSP) preferred. Certifications and formalized training required. Experience with and ability to travel extensively (3-4 days/week, including overnight stays). Travel costs will be covered. Strong relationship-building skills to be a credible subject matter expert. Must be eligible to work in the USA without visa sponsorship or work authorization required.
