Senior AI Materials R&D Engineer

Responsibilities: 1. Run machine-learning-based high-throughput screening and property prediction of battery materials — cathode, anode, and electrolyte.2. Build cell-performance prediction and life-degradation models to optimize cell design parameters.3. Combine AI algorithms with electrochemical mechanisms to build a data-driven battery R&D platform.

Requirements: 1. PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, or Computational Materials Science.2. Proficiency in Python and mainstream deep-learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow); materials-informatics or battery data-mining experience a plus.3. Strong cross-disciplinary learning ability, logical thinking, and collaboration.新能安（Ampace）是一家全球领先的电池科技企业，专注于锂离子电芯及电池系统的研发与制造，产品广泛应用于储能、数据中心及关键电源等领域。公司结合先进的电芯化学体系与半固态电池技术，致力于打造兼具高安全性、高性能和规模化生产能力的电池产品。本岗位工作地点位于中国厦门研发中心。岗位职责利用机器学习开展电池材料（包括正极、负极及电解液）的高通量筛选及性能预测，加速新材料研发。构建电芯性能预测及寿命衰减模型，优化电芯设计参数，提升产品性能。将人工智能算法与电化学机理相结合，搭建数据驱动的电池研发平台，推动智能化研发体系建设。任职要求计算机科学、人工智能、应用数学、计算材料科学或相关专业博士学历。熟练掌握Python，熟悉PyTorch、TensorFlow等主流深度学习框架；具有材料信息学或电池数据挖掘相关经验者优先。具备较强的跨学科学习能力、逻辑分析能力及团队协作能力。
