Note:
Candidates must have an active Alabama Bar license, at least 2 years of litigation experience, and experience advising business clients on corporate legal matters.

Job Description:
Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and business legal matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts.
Counsel clients on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
Partner with business owners to develop practical legal strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal analysis.
Represent clients during negotiations and business disputes.
Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas.
Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
Build long-term client relationships through responsive, proactive legal counsel.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Active Alabama Bar license in good standing.
2+ years of litigation experience.
Corporate, business, or transactional law experience strongly preferred.
Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical abilities.
Ability to manage client relationships independently.
Local to Mobile or willing to relocate.
