Perform accounting research and apply U.S. GAAP guidance to support accurate reporting. Analyze revenue activity, identify trends, and prepare clear reports for management. Partner with finance, tax, operations, and other internal teams to meet reporting deadlines. Maintain internal controls and support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist with accounting for incentive compensation programs and related financial activity. Identify ways to improve accounting processes through automation and better workflows. Support system enhancements, acquisitions, and other special projects. Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and provide useful financial insights to internal teams.
