Automotive Customer Service

Responsibilities: Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout the lending and loan-closing processReview, collect, and process documentation required for loan closingsWork with documents such as MVD paperwork, GAP information, warranties, insurance binders, proof of income, and other lending-related documentationVerify information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established proceduresAssist customers with questions regarding documentation and loan-processing requirementsEnter and update customer and loan information accurately in internal systemsCommunicate with customers and internal teams to obtain missing or incomplete documentationMaintain organized electronic and paper recordsFollow established lending, documentation, and customer-service proceduresProvide timely follow-up to ensure loans move efficiently through the processing and closing stagesQualificationsPrevious customer service, loan processing, lending, banking, automotive finance, or administrative experienceExposure to lending or loan-closing documentation is strongly preferredFamiliarity with documents such as MVD forms, GAP, warranties, insurance binders, and proof of income is a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable reviewing and processing a high volume of documentationStrong computer and data-entry skillsProfessional communication skills and a customer-focused approachAbility to work Monday–Friday, fully onsite in Albuquerque
