Department Manager, Manufacturing (TX)

We are looking for a Manufacturing Department Manager to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The Department Manager will oversee production workflows, equipment, team members, and quality across our five product lines in a state-of-the-art Manufacturing Facility in Carrollton, TX. In this role, you will manage a team of 100+ technicians and seven directs across three shifts in a 24/5 operation. You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are fabricated at the highest quality standards while meeting customer deadlines. Monitor and enforce adherence to strict manufacturing quality standards (including equipment maintenance and repair) and roll up your sleeves to lead by example where needed. High quality is key to efficient scalability! Lead, scale, and continuously train a team of 40+ technicians as they execute daily operational tasks across 3D printing, milling, finishing, injection processing, and assembly Work with other teams (Materials, Facilities, Quality, etc.) to proactively identify and address high-priority improvement opportunities Report directly to the facility's Director of Manufacturing
