Assistant General Counsel Litigation & Employment Strategy

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Assistant General Counsel for Litigation and Employment Law. This hybrid San Diego role partners closely with senior leadership to advise on employment matters, manage disputes, and navigate regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has a JD from an ABA-accredited school, active bar membership, and at least 10 years of post-bar experience in both litigation and employment/compliance domains, preferably with in-house exposure.
