Pediatric LVN - Lompoc

Each office is individually owned and operated. BrightStar Care is building a team of Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) with pediatric experience to provide attentive, one-on-one care in Lompoc. You will support a toddlers health and daily care needs, including diaper changes, while communicating clearly with the client, family, and care team. We are looking for nurses who can commit long term to 2-3 shifts per week LVN Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support. Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate electronic documentation of patient progress and interventions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
