Acquisition Associate

A well-established New York real estate investment firm is seeking an Acquisitions Associate for its healthcare real estate platform. The role focuses on underwriting and financial modeling of skilled nursing and other healthcare real estate acquisitions, due diligence, and working directly with brokers, operators and senior leadership through closing. Hands-on healthcare real estate underwriting experience is required — candidates without it will not be considered.
