Imec invites Master’s students in chemistry, chemical engineering or materials science to join a master internship in Leuven. The project investigates pattern loading in nanoconfined etching across oxide, metal and nitride materials, focusing on material-dependent kinetics and surface properties. You will publish results in a peer-reviewed journal.
The role involves SEM, TEM, solid-surface zeta-potential measurements and ellipsometry to unravel confinement effects and surface interactions.
