Process Engineer I Lean & Continuous Improvement

NSG Group/Pilkington is seeking a Process Engineer in the United States (Ohio) to optimize manufacturing processes in collaboration with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams. You will drive continuous improvement and support new model launches, training, and SOP development. Your role focuses on improving process capability, implementing Lean/CI methods, and ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets are met across the plant.
