Senior Research Scientist - Epoxy & Bonding Materials

Sika AG is seeking a senior chemistry researcher to independently plan and lead projects developing new sealing and bonding technologies. You will expand expertise, perform systematic DOE-based experiments, and contribute to IP monitoring while collaborating globally with internal and external teams. The role requires extensive experience in adhesive formulations, especially epoxy/urethane, plus strong communication and leadership capabilities. On-site work in the US is expected.
