Mini Bar Attendant In early 2027, Tao Group Hospitality is bringing two distinct dining experiences to Hotel Cala on Tampa's waterfront. LAVO will make its Tampa debut with signature coastal Italian cuisine and hospitality, while BarOnda will bring a vibrant atmosphere to the Riverwalk with curated cocktails, bites, and waterfront views. The Mini Bar Attendant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring all in room refreshment centers are fully stocked, accurately charged, and maintained to brand standards. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Essential Functions Of The Position Include, But Are Not Limited To: Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and the mini bar storage areas Provides professional and exceptional service Restock all inroom mini bars with beverages, snacks, and amenities according to par levels Verify consumption and accurately post charges to guest accounts using the hotel's system Inspect mini bar equipment to ensure proper functionality, cleanliness, and temperature control Rotate products to maintain freshness and remove expired or damaged items Respond promptly to guest requests for additional mini bar items or replacements Maintain inventory records and report shortages or discrepancies to management Follow all safety, sanitation, and handling procedures for food and beverages Assist with monthly or weekly inventory counts and ordering supplies as needed Communicate any maintenance issues, guest concerns, or unusual activity to the appropriate departments Uphold hotel service standards and contribute to a welcoming, efficient, and guestfocused environment Attends and participates in daily pre-service meetings Attends and participates in any training sessions or departmental meetings Learn by listening, observing other team members, and sharing knowledge while leading by example Portrays a positive and professional attitude Demonstrates knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality, its partners, and supporting hotel environments Works as part of a team and provides help and support to all fellow team members Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned
Training Requirements:
Tao Group Hospitality in-venue Mini Bar Attendant training
Education/Working Knowledge:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Understanding of basic hotel operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording charges
