Document Processor Parkway Family Mazda Kia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Document Processor to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the automotive industry or office administration. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Additional Requirement: One Saturday per month.
Responsibilities:
- Process and organize dealership paperwork
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with vehicle sales and registration documentation
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Communicate with internal departments as needed
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Support dealership operations and management team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous office experience is a plus but not required
