Sr. Learning Systems Specialist, Talent & Development

Overview In this role you will manage and optimize BBH’s learning technology to deliver high-quality experiences. You will serve as a trusted consultant to Talent & Development, oversee LMS administration, and lead enhancements and integrations with learning platforms. You’ll collaborate with IT, course owners, and vendors to implement updates and improve user experience. Compensation / Benefitsbase salary with annual bonus targetprofit-sharingcomprehensive benefitsprofessional development opportunitieshybrid work arrangement (3 days in office)time off Responsibilities Identify and manage LMS and learning platform enhancements and integrations Develop and maintain a roadmap for learning technology Collaborate with vendors, IT, and communications teams on updates and features Consult with stakeholders on best practices for course design and learning pathways Oversee content sites, digital libraries, and resources to align with objectives Generate learning analytics and dashboards to drive insights Lead or support learning technology projects including migrations and optimizations Administer LMS operations, governance, data integrity, and user access Manage vendor governance, performance, and contract oversight Oversee ticketing system for learning-related requests and reporting Key requirements 7+ years in learning technologies (LMS/LXP/content libraries/virtual tools)Experience with Docebo, Coursera, and Harvard Business Review Docebo administrator certification preferred Bachelor’s degree in a related field Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions Experience with system implementations, upgrades, integrations, or process redesignexcellent communicationstakeholder managementanalytical mindset DoceboLMS administrationLXP
