Start: Immediate Nude Miami is building the healthiest grocery store in America — a next-generation organic market, cafe, and wellness destination designed to become part of people’s daily routine. The store combines a highly curated grocery assortment with prepared foods, smoothies, coffee, and functional wellness products in one seamless retail experience. Every product is rigorously vetted to create a high-trust environment where customers can shop confidently and without compromise. Nude Miami offers a modern alternative to traditional grocery while serving as a discovery platform for emerging clean-label consumer brands. With multiple locations in development, the company is building a scalable platform at the intersection of grocery, prepared food, wellness, and culture.
About This Role:
- This is a dynamic, hands-on position focused on our grocery floor and customer experience. You’ll be responsible for keeping shelves stocked, products beautifully presented, inventory rotated, customers taken care of, and the store consistently operating at Nude Miami’s standards.
- No two days look the same. You’ll move between stocking and merchandising, helping customers discover products, operating the register, maintaining displays, and keeping our space spotless. If you love food, people, products, and staying on the move, this role is for you.
- What You’ll DoGrocery Floor & Merchandising
- Stock and rotate shelves, coolers, freezers, and displays following FIFO principles
- Keep shelves fully stocked, faced, organized, and presented to Nude Miami standards
- Monitor expiration dates, freshness, packaging, and overall product quality
- Replenish products throughout the day based on sales and demand
- Maintain accurate pricing, signage, and product placement
- Assist with merchandising new products, seasonal launches, and brand activations
- Identify low-stock and out-of-stock products and communicate needs to management
- Maintain an organized and efficient back stock area
- Product & Inventory
- Maintain accurate product placement and organization across the sales floor and back stock
- Rotate products according to expiration dates and FIFO standards
- Conduct regular inventory and cycle counts as directed by management
- Identify damaged, expired, or compromised products and remove them from the sales floor
- Communicate inventory discrepancies, low stock, and product issues to management
- Develop strong knowledge of our grocery, produce, refrigerated, and wellness assortment
- Cashier & Point of Sale
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system, including cash, card, and digital payments
- Maintain a balanced and accurate cash drawer at the start and end of each shift
- Issue receipts, process returns or exchanges, and resolve minor billing discrepancies
- Assist with bagging and ensure a smooth, efficient checkout experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
- Customer Service
- Provide a genuinely warm, knowledgeable, and attentive experience for every guest
- Help customers locate products and make thoughtful recommendations
- Educate customers on ingredients, sourcing, new products, promotions, and store offerings
- Develop a strong understanding of Nude Miami’s product standards and what differentiates the brands we carry
- Handle questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Build authentic relationships with our regular guests and community
- Represent the Nude brand with warmth and product knowledge
- Cleaning & Store Standards
- Maintain cleanliness of all work areas including the sales floor, shelves, coolers, checkout, back stock, restrooms, and entrance
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, displays, and high-touch areas throughout the shift
- Keep shelves, displays, baskets, and customer-facing areas clean and organized
- Ensure the store consistently reflects Nude Miami’s high standards of presentation
- Who This Role Is For 1+ year of experience in a high-volume grocery, retail, hospitality, or food service environment
- Grocery or premium retail experience strongly preferred
- Experience handling fresh produce, refrigerated goods, or perishable products a plus
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Warm, efficient, and composed under pressure
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Spanish fluency a plus
- Passion for health, wellness, and wholesome food is a major plus
- While this role is primarily focused on retail, all Nude Miami team members are expected to work collaboratively and support the broader store operation when needed.
