Build accurate estimates, communicate value, and confidently ask for the sale. Prioritize recommendations around vehicle condition and customer needs. Manage repair orders, customer updates, and follow-up throughout the service process. Coordinate with technicians to keep work moving and deliver a quality customer experience. Pursue sales goals while protecting customer trust and building repeat business. Contribute to a positive, accountable team culture.
What We're Looking For: Proven automotive Service Advisor or service writing experience. Strong sales results and the ability to close with confidence. Working knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. A competitive mindset paired with a team-first attitude. Willingness to embrace training, coaching, and established processes. A desire to grow professionally and take ownership of your results.
Schedule: Full-time with 10-hour shifts and a five-day workweek. The business operates seven days a week, so weekend availability is required. Ready to Raise Your Expectations?
