Part-Time Compliance Checkers Wise Staffing Group is recruiting Part-Time Compliance Checkers for The BARS Program. This is a flexible, field-based opportunity for individuals looking to earn supplemental income while completing brief compliance visits at assigned retail locations.
Position: Part-Time Compliance Checker
Employment Type: Part-Time / Flexible
Age Requirement: Must be 21-25 years old
Work Location: Field-based - travel to assigned retail locations
Schedule: Flexible visits scheduled during normal business hours
Pay: $20/hr.
What You'll Do:
As a Compliance Checker, you will visit assigned retail locations to determine whether employees are properly following age-verification procedures for age-restricted products. During an assigned visit, you will:
Enter the assigned retail location as a regular customer.
Select a designated age-restricted product.
Bring the item to the register.
Observe whether the employee requests identification.
Do not purchase the product - no money changes hands.
Provide the appropriate Green Card or Red Card based on the employee's response.
Complete the required report/debrief following the visit.
Products involved may include alcohol, tobacco, vape/nicotine products, lottery, or other age-restricted items.
What We're Looking For:
- Must be 21-25 years old
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned locations
- Dependable and able to complete scheduled assignments
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Professional and comfortable interacting briefly with retail employees
- Strong attention to detail and accurate reporting skills
- Interested in flexible, part-time supplemental work
Important To Know This is not a mystery-shopping purchasing assignment. You will not purchase alcohol, tobacco, vape/nicotine products, or other age-restricted items. The check ends at the register, and no money changes hands. Selected candidates must complete the required age verification, background check, and training before beginning assignments.
