Assistant Buyer

We’re growing quickly and looking for an Assistant Buyer who’s excited to bring strong buying skills and a hands-on attitude to RAY. You’ll report directly to our Co-Founder, Emma, work across the business, and see the impact of your work firsthand.

What you’ll do: Maintain and update buy summaries, purchase orders, and other buying records. Track orders, deliveries, and key dates, following up to keep the team informed and on schedule. Assist with markdowns, assortment reviews, and sales and inventory reporting. Work closely with the Co-Founder and teams across the business to support day-to-day priorities. Spot gaps, solve problems, and improve processes as we grow.

What we’re looking for: 1–3 years of buying or merchandising experience at an established fashion e-commerce company. Hands-on experience with buy summaries, purchase orders, and markdown processes. Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple moving priorities. The confidence to work independently, anticipate needs, and take ownership of follow-through. A willingness to roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty, and help wherever the team needs you.
