What’s in It for You: $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in four installments of $250 at your 3, 6, 9, and 12-month anniversaries Predictable hours: Day shift only, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday Balanced life: No mandatory overtime and no required weekends Time off that matters: Seven paid holidays and 120 hours (3 weeks) of PTO earned in your first year People-first culture: Supportive teams, leaders who know you, and appreciation events (lunches, ice cream days, treat carts, and holiday celebrations)Growth and stability: Long-term career opportunities, cross-training, and a climate-controlled facility The Role at a Glance Assemble, wire, and solder electronic components and full systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Test against specifications; calibrate and use test equipment Troubleshoot assembly and electronic issues to resolution Uphold quality and safety standards while meeting production targets Choose Your Level Electronics Assembly Technician I — $18.00 - $19.00 per Hour 1+ year of electronics or electrical assembly experience Basic AC/DC electrical knowledge Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams Strong attention to detail; organized and dependable Works independently and arrives reliably for a 6:00 AM start Electronics Assembly Technician II — $19.00 - $21.00 per Hour 2+ years of electronics or electrical assembly experience Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical principles Advanced interpretation of blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Self-motivated, highly organized, and punctual for a 6:00 AM start
