Analysis Responsibilities:
Lead annual operating and capital budgeting, rolling forecasts, and multiyear financial planning Develop complex financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for strategic initiatives Analyze actual performance against budget, forecast, and prior-year results to identify risks and opportunities Develop KPIs, benchmarking, and reporting tools to strengthen organization-wide decision-making Evaluate the financial impact of new programs, exhibitions, capital investments, revenue opportunities, and operational initiatives Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO, executive leadership, department heads, and Board committees while leading FP&A staff#LI-JS33
