The South Palm Beach County office of a boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the estate planning practice group. This role is a key support position within a sophisticated practice serving high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced law firm environment, enjoys collaborating closely with attorneys and clients, and upholds the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, edit, and manage estate planning and related legal documents
Coordinate attorney calendars, schedules, and meetings Maintain and organize electronic and physical client files Assist with billing, time entries, and administrative support
Qualifications: At least 5 years of legal administrative experience, in Trusts & Estates
Must work in office M-F.
