IT Technical Support II | Part-Time

We're seeking an experienced IT Technical Support II professional to join a growing team on a part-time basis. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical support, troubleshooting user issues, and working closely with employees across the organization while maintaining flexibility in their schedule. Schedule Start at approximately 3 days per week Initial training includes: A week consists of 2 shift onsite in San Diego and 1-2 remote shifts Opportunity to grow into fulltime contract shortly Hourly 30-45$What You'll DoProvide first- and second-level technical support for end users Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system issues Manage incident and service requests through a ticketing system Support users via phone, email, and in-person interactions Escalate and resolve complex technical issues Maintain accurate documentation and support records Assist with system upgrades, process improvements, and IT projects Create and maintain knowledge base documentation Help identify recurring issues and recommend proactive solutions
