Senior Learning Experience Designer

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end learning experience design by translating business and learner needs into engaging learning journeys Develop high-quality, accessible learning content using adult learning principles and digital authoring tools Evaluate and improve learning solutions based on feedback and engagement data, applying evaluation models

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in adult learning, instructional design, education, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in learning experience design or related fields A portfolio demonstrating the design of adult learning across multiple formats Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design and inclusive design practices Experience using learning management platforms and digital authoring tools
