Job Title: GHL Specialist with Marketing Experience (Remote)
Location: Remote Work Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST (Full-Time)
Rate: Up to PHP 60,000/month
About the Role:
We're hiring a talented and proactive GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to support a growing personal brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who can own strategy, systems, and design while keeping the brand voice consistent across multiple platforms. You'll play a vital role in launching a personal brand, podcast, digital products, and more making a real impact on meaningful, mission-aligned work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage lead generation funnels and landing pages using GoHighLevelDesign and schedule branded social media content (posts, reels, carousels, audiograms)
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging visuals
- Set up email/SMS automations and campaigns via GoHighLevelUpload and manage digital products and online storefronts
- Monitor and engage in inbox messages, DMs, comments, and groups
- Maintain a clean, organized calendar and inbox
- Create digital lead magnets, planners, workbooks, and guides
- Edit and schedule podcast episodes and promotional content
- Collaborate with the client to improve workflows and team operations
- Must-Have SkillsGoHighLevel Expert: Workflows, forms, pipelines, automations, SMS & email marketing
- Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute aligned content campaigns
- Graphic Design: Canva (or Adobe) skills for branded digital content
- Tech & Funnel Savvy: Confident in building and connecting all funnel elements
- English Fluency: Strong verbal and written communication
- Professional Communication: Clear, confident US English with proactive engagement
- Operational Excellence: Inbox, calendar, and workflow management
- Systems Proficiency: Strong grasp of tools like GoHighLevel, Canva, Excel, and PowerPointCreative Contribution: Trend-aware, brand-aligned content creation
- Proactive Initiative: Independent problem-solving and process improvement
