Charge Nurse - LVN or RN

In this role, you will: Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents. Properly and safely administer resident medications as prescribed. Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders. Deliver treatments as required to ensure resident health and comfort. Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments. Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication and care continuity. Implement nursing policies and procedures, educating staff on the care needs of residents. Promote a safe working environment by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures. Respond to staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff as necessary. Demonstrates excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills. Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to organize workflows effectively.
