Outpatient Pelvic Floor Rehab Physical Therapist

Providence Swedish seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver and supervise physical therapy services across inpatient and outpatient settings at Ballard and Issaquah clinics. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and actively participate in discharge planning within a collaborative, team-based model. Washington PT license is required, along with BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire. You must be a graduate of an accredited PT program.
