Supervise, train, and support Behavior Technicians and RBTs. Provide parent training and collaborate with families and care team members. Review client data and adjust treatment plans based on progress. Complete documentation, reports, and authorizations in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with BACB standards, payer requirements, and organizational policies. Meet productivity and supervision expectations.
