Director of QA Aerospace/Defense

Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the company’s QMS, ensuring compliance with AS9100, ITAR, and CMMC standards Serve as the primary interface for customers, auditors, and regulatory agencies on all quality matters Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to drive quality initiatives and continuous improvement Lead internal audits, CAPA, and quality assurance processes across the organization Build and scale a high-performing quality organization to support growth and operational excellence

Qualifications: Experience in quality leadership within aerospace or defense manufacturing Strong knowledge of AS9100 and regulated quality environments (ITAR, CMMC preferred) Proven experience leading QMS across multiple sites or business units Demonstrated success in scaling quality systems in growing organizations Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic quality professional looking to drive excellence in a growing and innovative organization.
