Key Responsibilities: #1 Experience in the technology Consulting organizations implementing ERP software or SaaS - thus that person will have experience in software implementation methodologies and approaches, managing people, managing client expectations, focusing on business processes, end-user training, project documentation, etc#2 Experience in the operations of managing a Professional Services organization such as - hiring consultants, resource planning / forecasting, writing Statements of Work and proposals, weekly tracking of time entry and reconciling to a weekly forecast, etc#3 Experience in the real estate investment management industry We are looking for a real “go getter” i.e. someone that is willing to dive in and figure things out. This person has the potential to run the Professional Services Organizationif they can get up and go and make an impact.
