Depending on your experience, your role may include: Working Directly with KidsLead fun, age-appropriate activities like games, crafts, sports, and enrichment Build meaningful relationships with students and families Support children's social, emotional, and physical development Ensure a safe and inclusive environment at all times Help create structure, routines, and a positive group dynamic Program Leadership & Site Support (for experienced candidates) Help oversee daily site operations and program flow Support or lead staff, ensuring activities are organized and engaging Communicate with families and school partners Assist with planning special events, spirit days, and family engagement opportunities Ensure program quality, safety standards, and licensing compliance Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for people who are: Energetic, positive, and passionate about working with kids Dependable and team-oriented Strong communicators who can connect with children and families Creative and ready to jump into activities and play Organized and able to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
