Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy

Overview In this Senior Manager role, you will lead high-priority strategic initiatives from question to execution, partnering with senior leaders to turn insights into action. You’ll explore AI, product strategy, pricing, GTM, and market expansion to shape Freshworks’ growth. You’ll translate analyses into executive-ready narratives and help the company decide where to invest next. This position offers close exposure to executives and a tangible impact on a global SaaS business. Compensation / Benefits Hybrid role in San Mateo, CAAnnual base salary $210,000-$260,000 USDTarget bonus eligibility Equity + ESPPFlexible PTOWellness benefits (medical, dental, vision) and commuter benefits Responsibilities Own high-priority strategic initiatives from hypothesis through execution Tackle ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, and build analytical frameworks Evaluate growth opportunities across AI, product, GTM, pricing, and investments Build business cases, financial models, market assessments, and scenario analyses Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations to turn strategy into action Translate strategy into actionable plans and monitor execution Develop executive and Board-level narratives to present recommendations Provide outside-in perspective on SaaS and AI to guide future questions Key requirements 4-6+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or related Experience solving growth, product, GTM, pricing, market entry, or investment strategy problems Exposure to SaaS, enterprise software, or technology businesses preferred Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Executive-level communication and influence without authority Comfort with moving between high-level strategy and hands-on analysis Curious, low ego, energized by ambiguity Ownership mindset toward outcomes Executive-level communication Influence without authority Curiosity Financial modeling Analytical problem solving Market assessments
