Automotive Painter Collision Repair Shop

Responsibilities: Prepare vehicles and parts for painting, including sanding, masking, priming, and sealing Mix and match paint colors accurately Apply basecoat, clearcoat, and specialty finishes Blend panels to achieve a seamless color match Inspect finished work and correct imperfections Maintain the paint booth, equipment, and work area Follow OSHA, safety, and environmental requirements Work efficiently with body technicians and production management

Qualifications: At least 3 years of automotive painting experience preferred Strong color-matching and panel-blending skills Experience with waterborne paint systems is preferred Ability to deliver clean, consistent, high-quality finishes Knowledge of collision repair procedures and safety standards Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail Valid driver’s license preferred I-CAR or paint-manufacturer certification is a plus
