Foundation Estimator/Project Manager Lee Industrial Contracting, a 100% employee-owned company in Pontiac, MI, is seeking a Foundation Estimator/Project Manager to estimate and manage industrial concrete and foundation projects from initial bid through completion.
Responsibilities:
- Attend jobsite visits to evaluate conditions and develop accurate scopes of work
- Prepare detailed labor and material estimates and take-offs for industrial foundation projects
- Review vendor and subcontractor proposals and assemble bid packages
- Collaborate with customers, Sales, estimators, suppliers, and field teams
- Manage project materials, equipment, manpower, vendors, and subcontractors
Qualifications:
- Experience estimating industrial concrete, machine foundations, equipment pads, pits, or poured walls preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- AutoCAD experience is beneficial
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Procore is preferred
- Strong estimating, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
