Focus Partners Wealth seeks a Manager of S&O Training to build and scale the enterprise learning function across Client Service. You will define the training strategy, governance, and measurement framework to deliver consistent onboarding and ongoing development for divisions. The role partners with Division Leaders, Core Operations, Platform Operations, Advisory Leadership, Technology, Compliance, HR, and Learning & Development to align training with organizational priorities.
