Job Description:
Signing Bonus: $500About the Client Balanced Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide overnight care for a young woman living with a traumatic brain injury in McDonough, GA. This is a one-on-one, in-home position that requires a nurse who is attentive, experienced with medically complex clients, and comfortable working independently in a home setting. Schedule & Compensation
- Shift: Overnight – 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12 hours)
- Days: Monday & Tuesday nights
- Pay Rate: $35–$40 per hour, based on experience Client Care Needs
- Gastrostomy tube (G-tube) management and enteral feeding
- Tracheostomy care and suctioning
- Ventilator management and monitoring
- Ongoing neurological assessment and documentation
- Positioning, hygiene, and comfort care
Requirements:
- Active Georgia RN or LPN license
- Experience with G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care required
- Experience with brain injury or neurologically complex clients preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable transportation to McDonough, GA
- Ability to work independently in a home environment
