Intellectual Property Trademark Paralegal

Key Responsibilities: Manage domestic and international trademark portfolios for a diverse client base. Prepare, file, and maintain U.S. and foreign trademark applications, renewals, assignments, and related prosecution documents. Conduct trademark searches, monitor deadlines, and maintain docket accuracy. Handle USPTO, WIPO, TTAB, and Copyright Office filings and correspondence. Coordinate with foreign associates on international filings, renewals, oppositions, and enforcement matters. Support copyright registrations, domain name management, ownership transfers, and IP due diligence projects. Prepare status reports and communicate regularly with attorneys, clients, and foreign counsel regarding portfolio activity and deadlines. Assist with trademark enforcement matters, watch notices, adverse proceedings, and special IP projects.

Qualifications: 5+ years of trademark paralegal experience supporting large domestic and international portfolios. Strong knowledge of USPTO, WIPO, TTAB, and international trademark procedures. Experience with trademark docketing systems and deadline management. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms. Paralegal certificate required. Bachelors degree preferred. Compensation Competitive salary and benefits package.
