Cyber Risk Management Manager

Leading a multidisciplinary team, the full-time Manager Cyber Risk Management will oversee cyber defense platforms, analytics automation, and incident response efforts while working remotely, except for certain locations. Key responsibilitiesManage a team focused on detection engineering, platform implementation, and automation capabilities to ensure proactive threat identification and neutralization Collaborate with Security Operations and Incident Response teams to deliver high-quality services that enhance threat detection and response Drive transformation initiatives across people, processes, and technology to achieve measurable security outcomesRequired qualifications8+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity or cyber risk management, including at least 1 year in a leadership role Strong expertise in detection engineering, platform engineering, and Security Automation, Orchestration, and Response (SOAR) Proven experience in leading transformation initiatives involving technology and operational capabilities Deep understanding of enterprise security platforms such as SIEM, EDR, NDR, and cloud security tools Experience applying automation, orchestration, and AI/ML in cybersecurity operations
